Classic Times is series of Imperial Stouts aged in Bourbon barrels. Inspired by classic cinema, the name is a pun on the movie Modern Times by Charles Chaplin and it is he who inspires the first beer. A classic RIS, without adjuncts, where the bourbon notes of Jim Beam barrels shine along with notes of chocolate, coffee and vanilla.
