With our hoppy wheat beer, we show what is perhaps the most refreshing side of wheat beer. A classic Hefeweizen is complemented here by a so-called cold hopping with the Hallertau aroma hop "Solero". This is added in a special process during the cold phase of the brewing process, allowing the tangy, spicy notes of the aroma hops to come to the fore. They harmoniously complement the typical wheat beer flavour characterised by yeast and banana notes. With an alcohol content of 5.4% and an original gravity of 12.6%, this brown ale speciality can be described as a fruit basket full of bananas, tropical fruits and citrus flavours.
