This beer combines the aromas of the self-grown and gently roasted grain with the aromas of the hops, the roasted malt finds the balance between fine cocoa and chocolate notes and freshly roasted coffee. The Singlehoped Stout is only brewed with Sorachi Ace, which with its light coconut notes is finely integrated into the crema of the roasted malt. The beer was then stored for six months as a second occupancy in a Moscatel wine barrel. Due to the pre-assigned acidification, it has a lighter effect than the rum ink and is therefore more appealing to white wine drinkers. This beer also goes perfectly with desserts or for nice evenings by the fireplace.
