Two traditional types of hops are used for the light strong beer "da Großvoda", on the one hand the Hersbrucker and on the other hand the Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. In combination with the Pilsener malt, the result is a very tasty, balanced, malt-accentuated and not too heavy Bavarian strong beer. Of these, there can and should be a few more in the evening.
