Beer description
An IPA - India Pale Ale - brewed as never before: With bottom-fermenting yeast, it becomes Munich Indian Pale Lager. Instead of the fruitiness of an ale yeast, the fineness of the Upper Bavarian lager yeast comes into play here. The resulting clarity in taste and aroma carries the wild interplay of hop aromas from the Amarillo, Centennial, Citra, Chinook and Taurus varieties and ties in the voluminous hop bitterness in a first-class way.
Hops
Centennial aromatic hop, Chinook dual hop, Citra - HBC 394 aromatic hop, Taurus bitter hop
