The whisky was allowed to mature for 3 years in American white oak barrels. The unfiltered Imperial Red Ale, brewed with caramelized malts and heavily hopped with American hop varieties, has absorbed the fine whisky aroma of vanilla, clove, and raisins during the 9-month aging process. The subtle whisky note enhances the beer flavor in an impressive way.
