Beer description
Dark double bock, barrel-aged strong beer. From the rum barrel, Jamaica. In the oak barrel, white rum aged for 10 years.
The interplay of flavors from the rum barrel is perfect for the unfiltered double bock, brewed with dark and roasted malts, hopped with Hallertauer Taurus and American Chinook. The 9-month aging brings aromatic, slightly berry-like flavors to the beer. In the first sip, the strong malt character comes to the fore, with a hint of tobacco in the finish.
Hops
Hallertauer Taurus bitter hop, Chinook
