Beer description
Light session IPA with only 3.5% vol. It is brewed with only one hop variety, which is selected each year. In 2024 it is the "Lemondrop" variety from the USA. The nose is seduced by citrus notes. The beer gets its quaffability from the specially
American ale yeast bred especially for this purpose and the subtle alcohol content.
Aroma profile: blackberry, grapefruit, orange, lemon, herbal.
Malt: Sun malt, Munich malt, light caramel malt.
Hops: Lemondrop from the USA, single hop.
