Beer description
The Imperial India Pale Ale has a massive 8% alcohol content, which is elegantly hidden behind malt and hops. Amber foam and a creamy copper-red color. The nose is overwhelmed by a mountain of delicious fruit: Strawberry, tangerine and orange. Responsible for this are 6 different hop varieties from the world's largest hop-growing region, the Hallertau. They also provide a full 70 bittering units that you can smell and taste. The creamy, velvety first sip is underlined by the fine malt sweetness and accompanied by a fine, persistent carbonic acid. The finish, on the other hand, is emphatically strong and tart.
