From the same barrel as Verboten (see below), this edition of Midnight Retreat retains more sweetness and gains heavy caramel flavors from its residency in a Three Rivers Caramel Single Malt barrel. Rich, velvety mouthfeel, with a pleasant, lingering ethanol warmth.
