DRY, HOPPY BEER Fermented at low temperature by a high fermentation strain, this Cold IPA reveals a clear, golden color. The nose presents an original cocktail of pear, clementine, plum stone as well as spicy notes reminiscent of certain lagers. The palate, dry and resinous, combines both grapefruit zest and peppery touches which give this beer freshness and drinkability.
