Beer description
Catharina Sour is the first genuinely Brazilian style of beer, it is a light beer, acidic, highly refreshing, imperceptible bitterness and high drinkability. In this fifth version, this tropical wonder received the addition of Guava and Tamarindo .Aromas and citrus flavors evident from the fruits. Harmonization is on account of fish, light cheeses and tabbouleh.
