Beer description
Hooked on Phenolics is a blend of sour wheat, blond and red ales aged in oak wine barrels for up to two years with locally grown apples and a late infusion of cinnamon and vanilla beans. The blend opens with intoxicating chai-like aromas of cinnamon and vanilla and finishes with warming notes of spiced apples. Live Barrel 9/3/19
