Beer description
Premium Bitter / ESB A premium dark red beer, based on the recipe used for the 150th celebration brew. Copper has a strong dry palate with an unusual 'old fasioned' aftertaste. Copper is brewed with Maris Otter malt, flavored with proportions of aromatic and brown malt, creating a highly distinctive character. Fuggles, challenger and Goldings whole hops are used, and the beer is both late hopped in the copper and dry hopped in the cask.
