Beer description
Honey Teacot is a blend of sour strong blond ales aged for two years in oak wine barrels with apricots followed by an infusion of honey and select teas. This blend of fruit, honey, green tea, black tea and smoked tea creates a wonderful floral and citrus bouquet reminiscent of southern sweet tea balanced by a soft tart finish. This beer debuted as a Live Barrel at the Barrel House on 4/17/18
