Sori Brewing - Honesty Is Ryediculously Delicious

A collaboration with Adroit Theory (Virginia, USA)! Brewed with a fifth Finnish rye malt to give it a strong sweet and peppery malt base, the hops are still the focus and we used Talus to give this beer it's special character. Expect intense citrus, floral and woody flavours with notes of grapefruit, coconut and pine. Finally we added some caraway seeds to round out the beer and enhance the spicy and woody flavours.
