Hoizhauer Weissbier Dunkel is still brewed today according to the rules of traditional brewing with real yeast and dark wheat malt. It gets its strong body from the increased original wort content of just under 13%, which gives it a light caramel note and the slightly sweet and fresh yeasty taste: strong, full-bodied, harmonious. The turbidity is not artificially produced by cold, but rather comes from healthy, vitamin-rich yeast. The wheat beers are not not undergo any filtration in order to preserve the full taste.
