Beer description

A summery, refreshing cellar beer from the Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei. The extraordinary hop variety POLARIS gives our unfiltered cellar beer a very special freshness and a taste of "glacier ice candy". While the brew is being boiled, hops are added late with POLARIS, followed by the second dry hopping in the storage cellar. Just the right beer for the summer.
