Beer description
A great festive foam you can certify this beer ever. Intensely with a fine to medium pore it forms on top of it, and then quickly shrink to finger thickness. But then this foam is quite stable. The beer below shimmers in reddish orange almost coppery tones with a very nice even medium haze. The nose then announces that the ingredients have promised: Fruity notes of orange and grapefruit. Very spicy with cinnamon and cardamom, but also aroma hop notes. The spiciness does not diminish in the Antrunk and plays with the spicy notes of cinnamon and cardamom. The fruitiness goes hand in hand with a nicely matching acid, so that the grapefruit notes are more dominant in terms of taste. Fine but not too weak carbon dioxide on the tongue, it goes into the middle part with a rather small held body. The alcohol is now also a bit in appearance, after he had disguised so far behind the now somewhat declining spice notes. The hops have their big show then in the night, when he decides the Christmas beer with a nice pleasant gentle hop bitterness.
