Beer description

This elaborate process results in a dark bock with beautiful caramel and roasted aromas. After six months of storage in the deep vaulted cellars, we bottle the beer completely untreated. This beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized so as not to lose any of its flavour. Properly stored, it matures into a real gem.
