As a joint brew from the two Erlangen breweries HOFBRÄU OBERLE and ENTLAS BRÄU, this specially cold-hopped, bottom-fermented beer specialty contains the “signatures” of both. A beautiful color and perfect foam paired with Oberle's typical tanginess, rounded off by a “cold hopping” of Entlas Bräu with a Franconian aroma hop make this beer a very special one.
