Beer description
Brewed with over 400 pounds of locally-grown, fresh-roasted organic butternut squash, our autumn imperial saison offers up just enough of an earthy warmth and subtle spice to let you know warm weather's on its way out soon. We brew this dry, amber farmhouse ale with loads of fresh, locally-grown produce, ferment with our house saison yeast strain, and spice gently at the end with fresh local turmeric root, Indian coriander seed, Ceylon cinnamon bark and crushed Szechuan peppercorns.
