Beer description
The Hirter Weizen is brewed with selected barley and wheat malt and Hallertau aroma hops, is not pasteurized, GMO-free and therefore completely natural. Its typical, subtle smell of banana comes from the top-fermenting yeast from our own pure breeding, which is also responsible for the mildly spicy taste and the typical fruity aroma.
