Beer description

The Hirter Maerzen is produced completely GMO-free, unpasteurized and natural. The high degree of fermentation results in a light but full-bodied initial taste and a mature, round, smooth finish. The brewing barley comes from the Krappfeld, directly in front of the gates of the Hirt brewery.

Schön klar, hellgelbe. Tolle Schaumkrone. Sehr spritzig. Im Geschmacksbild sehr leicht im Antrunk, würzig bitter. Hat aus meiner Sicht eher etwas von einem Export als von einem Mär…
