The Hirter honey beer is a naturally cloudy, golden yellow, slightly sweet tasting beer specialty. This beer creation is brewed with real organic blossom honey by regional beekeepers whose bees roam around the Hirt private brewery. The bottom-fermented Hirter honey beer is bottled by hand in limited quantities and is unfiltered.
