Beer description
The Hirschauer Crystal Wheat is a filtered, light wheat with a slightly yeasty-odor. It is both fresh and sparkling in taste and at the same time tastes champagne-like. It is roasted with a basic wort of 12.4% and has an alcohol content of 5.1%.
