Heller Bock brewed as a single-hop beer with Huell Melon hops. Clear, golden yellow beer with a small white head of foam. The smell of sweet light malts, vanilla, honeydew melon and drupes. Very malty taste, dried fruit flavors, hop tasty-fruity after stone fruits. Sweet, slightly tart finish.
