Hildesheimer Braumanufaktur - Cascade Amber Ale

The hop variety for our amber ale varies from year to year. Brewed in a slightly caramel malt bed, the amber ale serves up a good portion of hop bitterness. Compared to Pale Ale, it has slightly less alcohol and is somewhat more bitter.
