With a total fermentation time of 14.5 months, this mild-bodied sour brown is plenty tart with subtle tasting notes of sweet caramelized malt and muddled orange peel. Grains of Paradise lend a pinch of spice to balance out the sweetness in a farmhouse ale that reminds us of homemade mulled wine.
