Beer description
Our specialty brewers created a tribute to this classic “beer for aging” in stainless tanks with London Ale yeast for 2 weeks before resting in our foeder on brett for 11 months. This one came to life with huge notes of candy peaches, dark fruit, and subtle earl grey on the nose balanced by flavors of nutty toffee and a soothing sourness.
