Our newest release from the South Slope Specialty Brewery is a 100% oak-fermented Sour Saison (6.8% ABV) that spent fourteen months resting in barrels before being bottle conditioned for one month in Cali Champagne glass. Pleasantly sweet malt meets notes of orange and tangerine peel balanced by flavors reminiscent of Cuban flan and tres leches. Just, yum...
