Beer description
With two weeks spent in stainless on house brett, 7 months in oak barrels on Acerola (Barbadian Cherries), and one month bottle conditioning in Cali Champagne glass, this 2021 specialty release is super tart and ruby-colored with notes of deep cherry flesh, subtle baking spice, and charred raisins. Fresh oak character shines through nicely while the sour base beer and tart cherries elevate as a whole creating a cellar-stash-worthy release
