Beer description
Our new Sour Brown aged on Vanilla & Cardamom rested for one year on a mix of bourbon and wine barrels before being bottle conditioned. Aromas of sweet baked pastries and fruit loopy cardamom citrus are brought to life by sweet vanilla, slight amaretto, and dark malt flavors. Brewer’s note: pair with pistachios, dog pets, and chilly spring evenings for maximum taste.
