Hi-Wire - Sir Charles Imperial Stout

We make a lot of dark beer here at Hi-Wire, but this one is for the classic stout heads. No adjuncts - just malts, hops, water and yeast. Extended boils maximize caramelization and accentuate notes of fruit leather, chocolate milk, and horchata in this devastatingly smooth dark ale named after our specialty brewer Peter's pooch.
