Beer description
“We brew hope.” We collaborated with Bottleshare - a fundraising and fund distribution nonprofit organization for the craft beverage industry for this very special release along with Beer Label Society and Oregon Fruit. This sour ale brewed with raspberries and blackberries was brewed using Lallemand yeast which produces acid in the fermenter. Fresh notes of wine berry, hard candy, and effervescent blackberry shine in this crushable bottle conditioned fruited sour that remains surprisingly delicate.
