Beer description
Pleasurable peach, orange blossom honey, and citrus zest notes synchronize with barnyard hay character from brett creating an oaky and moderately sour ale that drinks like a champagne. This mixed-culture golden ale rested for 9 months in our foeder with house Brettanomyces before being bottle conditioned to peak maturity. We like it.
