Hi-Wire - Golden Foeder Aged On Orange Peel & Cherries

Field trip orange slices, maraschino cherries, and soft stone fruit notes synchronize with barnyard hay character from brett creating this oaky sour ale that drinks like a dry rosé. Golden Foeder Ale aged on Orange Peel & Cherries spent 9 months in our foeder with house Brettanomyces before resting on sweet orange peel and sweet cherries. It’s dreamy, to be sure.
