Hi-Wire - Bird On A Wire

Collaboratively crafted with our friends at Birdsong Brewing, this Scotch-inspired ale is a balancing act of flavors. Brewed using imported British malts and hops, a soft bitterness allows the caramel and bready notes from the malt bill to shine, while inviting the delicate aroma of peat smoke to come through. Scottish ale yeast brings forth the traditional fruity esters of UK ales in this deep copper brew, and a hint of alcohol warmth reminds you it's just a wee bit heavy.
