Beer description
Spawned from our original Sour Vintage Ale released in 2018, this classic “beer for aging” spent 1.5 years in our foeder before resting on Amburana wood for 1 month, and then finally bottle conditioning for another month to reach peak maturity. This sour ale exhibits notes of caramel malt, toasted marshmallows, and orange blossoms balanced by a soothing sourness. The oak from the foeder is moderately present in this deep amber-colored beer.
