We're back at it again with a new Triple New England IPA to indulge in this summer!
Over the past few weeks, we've been on the road to festivals in several French cities and abroad, and we've taken the TIPA "Voici le Printemps" in our luggage. You told us you loved the combination of Talus and its coconut notes, with ultra-fruity American varieties. You liked it, you wanted more, so we brewed it!
With "Heureux qui comme Ulysse", we went back to a similar base of malts and yeast, and on the hop side, this time we combined Talus (and its woody coconut nuances) with the famous Australian Galaxy hops and Mosaic for a big kick of exotic fruit. In DDH mode, naturally. And spoiler: it works!
