Fermentation
Beer description
In 2016 "The Bavarian Purity Law" celebrates its 500th birthday. Especially for this, the “Herrnbräu Jubilee Sud” is brewed using the classic one-mashing process. All raw materials used come from the region. The result of a traditional recipe with an extra high proportion of roasted and caramel malt brewed, with the addition of aromatic Hallertau hops and a precisely controlled fermentation with fresh bottom-fermented Herrnbräu yeast, a dark beer with a strong color and a mild, pleasantly sweet and malty-spicy one is created Taste profile. Natural and unfiltered. A strong aromatic beer with fine yeast.

Nice amount of foam. Love the noce dark color, nice malty smell with a great taste and after taste. Mouth feel is also a plus.
Very enjoyable dark lager. Strong caramel notes without being over the top "chewable"(too heavy malt).
Excellent Dark Lager

I really enjoyed this beer! Not usually a fan of Dark Lager’s, but this was excellent! Went down very smoothly.
