Beer description
A medium-sweet cider, tangy and refreshing with a slight tingling sensation. In autumn, cider-making begins with the harvest of traditional cider apples from orchards in Herefordshire UK. The fruits are crushed and pressed into juice, which then ferments and slowly ripens over the winter months. Spring is coming and the cider maker begins to taste and mix - sweetness, acidity and strength are balanced. When the taste is "just right", the cider is filtered to clarify it and a little carbon dioxide is added before bottling. The finished cider is sparkling and refreshing with the unique aromas of the last autumn harvest. No artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.

I really like this cider and it reminds me of Savannah Gold the south African cider.
