Heidnisch - HELLES WEIZEN

With the Hellen Weizen, we are approaching the traditional brewing art of our northern neighbours. Brewed according to the German Purity Law, this pale wheat beer tastes tangy and refreshing and has the typical fruity banana note. The deep fermentation and light addition of hops provides a subtle clove aroma with a fine tangerine note.
