Despite the name, this bright wheat is not so bright - rather a deep, naturally cloudy dark golden yellow with an intense medium-pored stable foam. Slightly fruity on the nose - but only a little varietal banana, but a bit more mango. In the Antrunk also a light fruit with now yeasty notes and some malt. In the course of a gentle acidity is added, which unfolds a beautiful refreshing effect together with the strong but harmonious carbon dioxide. The Nachtrunk corresponds to the Antrunk only with the opposite sign: a little more yeast, but not quite so fruity and the acidity, which is retained even with a longer aftertaste, is even a bit lemony.
