The brewing process of Wiess (Kölsch for Weiß) is identical to that of Kölsch. It is also top-fermented and has the same ingredients. The special feature - it is not filtered. Thus, the Wiess is a bit fuller than our Kölsch and also differs significantly in smell and taste. Light floral notes paired with a touch of banana rise into the nose. The fine sweetness of the beer is played around by a slight bitterness. A real taste experience.
