Garage Beer Co. - Helium Flash

Two of the worlds best IPA breweries, The Veil and Monkish, are back at Mash this year and we are delighted to do a three way collab with them. This was never going to be anything other than a ridiculously heavily hopped monster and that is exactly what this DIPA is. Dosed at three stages with Mosaic Spectrum, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic T90, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin this DIPA is all things passion fruit, mango skin, pink grapefruit, jolly rancher, Sauv Blanc and pine. A thick liquid with a soft mouthfeel carries this absolute hop blitzkreig onto your tastebuds and will have you surrendering to the green.
