Heidenpeters Norsk Gose

At Heidenpeters Norsk Gose, two very well-known names from the craft beer scene have come together. The beer is a joint brew of the Heidenpeters brewery from Berlin and the Lervig share bryggerie from Norway. As with all Heidenpeters beers, the Norsk Gose is neither filtered nor pasteurized, so all the important nutrients are preserved for the beer. That is why the Heidenpeters beers are not as durable as the classic industrial products of the big brewing companies. The Gose is a strictly limited bottling. In the glass, the Norsk Gose presents itself with a light yellow, naturally cloudy color and is equipped with a bright white foam crown. A slightly acidic, spicy beer in the style of traditional Gose. However, the beer is brewed with rhubarb and rosemary. The result is a creamy and soft mouthfeel. The palate shows a pleasant acidity, with a slight fruity note playing in the background. In the finish, a combination of light acidity and fresh notes rounds off the enjoyment perfectly, leaving an impressive overall impression. Strictly limited!
