Little Earth Project - Hedgerow Blend 2021

The Suffolk countryside brings many joys. Long, sunny summer days, lush hedgerows bursting with fruits, meadows full of fresh wildflowers. It's very much the inspiration for our annual Hedgerow Blend sour - a celebration of hedgerow fruits found bountifully near the brewery. In the 2021 blend, we used a mixture of foraged wild plums, elderberries & blackberries, alongside the usual wild hops. It's one of our favourites, with the dry, lightly tannic finish balancing out with the intense jamminess of the fruits.
