Misbeehavin - Heavy Metal Umlaut

We stirred 500 lbs of smashed blackberries and raspberries into 100 gallons of cyser, creating a mosh pit of flavors: tangy berries, fresh apple, and floral honey. Out of this maelstrom climbs Heavy Metal Umlaut, a semisweet mead that thrashes palates with notes of tangy blackberries and tart apples.
