Beer description

The "Head In The Clouds" is an English Mild Ale - jointly brewed and conceived by "Orca" in cooperation with the brewery "Heidenpeters" from Berlin and "Alemania" from Bonn. This classic beer style was fermented with the "Philly Sour" for some acidity and the whole thing was then cold hopped with "Organic Cascade Hops" from the Hallertau region. The result is a very traditional, light "English Mild Ale" with a hint of fresh acidity that lightens the malt body and a pleasant grapefruity, tart hop note in the finish, which gives the beer a nice lightness.
